Made to measure orders are custom made to your individual requirements therefore it is important that you are sure of your specifications at the time of order.  As this is the case we recommend you take advantage of our free sample and measuring guides to ensure that your order is the correct size, design and colour.

  

Orders may be cancelled upto 24 hours after confirmed order has been placed.  If however, the production of your made to measure items has commenced you will unfortunately not be able to cancel the order.  

Ready made products, like bedding or readymade curtains can be returned as long as the products are not damaged in any way and original packing is tact.  Please contact our support desk by email on returns@brandsathome.co.uk to arrange collection.  Please note a returns carriage may apply on certain products.
