How would I measure my windows?
We have a measuring guide which will help you step by step on how to measure your windows accurately.
Can I get free samples?
You can order upto 10 free samples by adding them to your shopping cart. These will be sent to you by first class post to ensure your selected fabric matches your colour scheme and expectations.
Do I get an email of confirmation of my order?
As soon as an order is placed we will send you an email confirming the order and provide you with a unique order reference should you want to contact us in relation to the order. Once your products have been dispatched, we will send you another email to inform you of the approximate delivery date.
What if my order does not arrive within the specified time?
All of our orders are generally sent out on time unless we communicate to you otherwise. If however you do face any issues please contact us by email on info@brandsathome.co.uk.

What is the difference between “Blind Size” and “Recess”?
Blind size is where we do not make any deductions on the blinds and assume that you have allowed a small deduction for blinds that will fit within a window frame. Blinds fitted outside the frame are normally measured with a little extra width and drop allowances to cover the window frame.
Recess is the exact internal size of a window within the frame, we normally would deduct between 10-12mm on both the width and drop to ensure the blinds fit into the window.

Do you supply child safety devices on your products?
All of our products that may create a risk for children carry child safety tags as standard. We are working hard to introduce child safety devices across all of our blinds.
Do you accept telephone orders?
No. At present we can only accept orders on-line.
