Delivery Information
All of our made to measure blinds and ready-made curtains & bedding will be delivered to your door within 7-10 working days of your order if you live in the UK mainland. If you live in Ireland delivery is within 10 working days unless notified otherwise.  

We have partnered with the UK's leading delivery companies to ensure your items arrive on time and in good condition, we also provide online order progress and tracking so you can follow your parcels all the way to your door.

Choosing the delivery you want - UK (Mainland)
After you give us your delivery address at the checkout, you’ll be offered a range of delivery options:

Standard Delivery: Monday to Friday (9:00am-5:00pm)

Free Delivery to all Mainland UK orders

AM Delivery: Monday to Friday (9:00am-12:00pm) - Have your blinds delivered on a guaranteed AM delivery service for an extra ?10.00.

Choosing the delivery you want - Ireland or None Mainland UK

After you give us your delivery address at the checkout, you’ll be offered a range of delivery options:

Standard Delivery: Monday to Friday (9:00am-5:00pm)

?6.95 on orders over ?99.00.   

Orders below ?99.00 a standard charge of ?12.95 will be applied

Your Delivery Address:

To make sure we can get your blinds, curtains or bedding to you on time and without any delay, include as much of your delivery address as possible. For example, include the flat number or company name if appropriate, and double-check your details to be on the safe side. Your delivery address can be different to your billing address.  

You can inform us of any special instructions if you would like us to deliver to a neighbor should you not be available on the delivery date.  Please be assured if we cannot deliver to you our couriers will leave a calling card through your letter box and will wait for you to contact them prior to attempting a re-delivery.

We are more than happy to deliver to an alternative address, in fact many of our orders are delivered direct to our customers at their work address.

Faulty or Damaged Products

Faulty or damaged products should be notified to our support desk by email on info@brandsathome.co.uk within 3 days of delivery.  Please ensure you sign for any packages that are damaged in transit as “Damaged Delivery”
